It sounds too good to be true; what’s the catch? Is it legal? Can this be true?

These feelings and questions are completely understandable and predictable. People naturally feel suspicious of information they are not aware of, or of simple solutions to problems that were considered complicated for many years. In fact, the genius of our solution is that it is very simple and easy to understand by anyone. All it takes is a look outside the box. To be able to see outside the box may take some time (from minutes to hours, depending on the individual), but a look is all it takes; there is no need for special knowledge or education. Regrettably, it is natural for people to fear and resist the unknown, no matter how close the outcome may be. Finding the right way to see outside of the box is like trying to make it to the top of a hill. Once you get on top, you will see far and wide, but while you are climbing, it may feel like you will never get there.

Once you are able to understand (see outside the box), you yourself will easily understand that what we are offering is very good, true and of course, legal.

Understanding is very simple: LAB is a manufacturing company offering a product. All their products come with a 10 Year Worldwide Return Guarantee. People buy LAB’s artwork because they want to, because they hope it will appreciate in value, because they have 10 years to decide if they want to keep it, and because they will automatically benefit from free financial protection for all money used for the purchase of LAB's art. Besides LAB's unprecedented 10 year return policy, everything else is a common business practice. Free financial protection is just a by-product of  LAB's 10 year return guarantee. Many benefits that LAB offers to its customers are just that - benefits, and granted at the company's discretion (just like one may benefit from credit card or membership benefits).

How can anyone determine the price of the artwork? Doesn't this process require special expertise?

Pricing the object normally involves some appraisal process. Depending on the object and circumstances, appraisal may be done by anyone or may require special expertise and a complicated process. Luckily, it is very easy for anyone to determine the minimum cash value for any LAB art, and to do so within minutes.

But before we explain how this can be done for LAB art, let's explain some facts: What makes one painting (or other object) cost more than another? Why can one panting cost many millions of dollars, while other very similar or even identical looking paintings cost only hundreds? The simplest and most correct answer is: Supply and Demand - the most common economic principal. To put it in even simpler terms: an object is worth as much as somebody else is willing to pay for it.

This fact is very important to comprehend. As an example, your painting could cost more than the most expensive Picasso original. It may sound ridiculous at first, but it could be true. All it takes is for one or more people to be willing to pay a higher price for your painting. So, if one or more entities are willing and able to pay $10,000,000 each for your paintings, then that is the "market" price for them, at least as long as the market continues doing this.

Now it should be easy for you to understand LAB artwork values. Because all LAB artwork comes with an unconditional 10 year worldwide return guarantee, or in other words, LAB is willing to pay the full original sale amount  for them, for at least 10 years from the date of purchase any given LAB artwork will have the market value of at least the original purchase amount. Example: LAB artwork is bought from LAB for $10,000. During the 10 year return period this artwork will have a guaranteed market value of at least $10,000.

Can I be sure that LAB art I purchase will not drop in price?

LAB artwork is guaranteed to at least to retain its original price/value during the 10 year return period. (If you need a detailed explanation, see section above.) After the 10 year return guarantee period, LAB artworks start to act like any other art on the market with all its potential pluses and minuses. LAB will, however, be trying from the start to promote and stimulate demand for each sold painting, and their sale prices are guaranteed to increase at least 10% yearly (in reality, probably 25% or more) on all artworks. It is obviously very much in LAB's interest for their artwork values to appreciate with time and to be in strong demand, so that art owners will choose to keep their artworks past the 10 year mark. This is the only way LAB can make significant profits.

Why do you charge a 20% return fee? Can you charge less?

We do not charge any other fees – there are no hidden fees. In the art world commissions are standard and range from 15% to 30% (they can be as high as 50%). Commissions may apply to buyers and sellers. LAB only charges fee in the case of return. LAB offers many benefits, including some priceless ones such as privacy, anonymity and the best money protection in the world. The 20% return fee ensures our sustainability in perpetuity. We feel that a 20% maximum cost is very reasonable for the peace of mind, safe investment opportunity and financial protection LAB artwork offers. (Fees can be lower for larger purchases.)

How can you offer better Financial Protection for free while other, lesser protections cost many thousands of dollars and take a lot of time and effort?

That is the genius of our product and business model. The world's best financial/monetary protection is just a by-product of our product, service and 10 year worldwide return guarantee. We are not making any money on any financial protection benefits.

Does LAB’s 10 Year Worldwide Guarantee have any limitations or conditions under which it may not be honored by the company?

There are no limitations or special conditions. We offer an unconditional return guarantee. There is only one very important caveat: only the true, registered art owner is entitled to the return benefit and nobody else. The art’s owner is free to transfer the ownership to anybody else. After the transfer is completed the transferee becomes a new registered owner and is entitled to all the ownership benefits.

How does LAB's financial protection compare to others?

LAB's financial protection is very unique and it covers areas that others don't and can't at any cost. LAB's free financial protection is the world's only legal, easy and painless way for regular people to protect and preserve their money and liquid assets, against almost everything. There are no alternatives.

Standard financial investment instruments (bank accounts, stocks, bonds, gold, etc.) cannot protect your assets at all. All assets in these financial instruments are completely exposed and vulnerable to any legal, medical, personal, economic or political challenges.

Standard legal asset protection schemes usually involve establishing different legal foreign and domestic entities (trusts, partnerships, corporations, LLCs) for the purpose of legally isolating the owner from his/her assets. For an asset to survive a lawsuit intact, it needs to be completely secret and unknown or have no discoverable control connections to the real owner. It needs to be legally under somebody else's control - not that of the person being sued. (If you do not disclose all assets under your direct or indirect control, you may be breaking some laws.)

LAB's financial protection is free and automatic with acquisition of any LAB artwork. After your purchase transaction is completed, funds are obviously no longer yours, so they cannot be taken from you. Only you, as a registered artwork owner, are entitled to the return privilege, making it next to impossible for third parties to be able to benefit from your art’s return. (You are free to transfer the item's ownership to anybody else; then that person will become the registered owner and be entitled to all ownership benefits.)
